You may return new, unopened items sold and shipped by us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone our parts department at (859) 371 9898, and we will guide you through the process.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (typically 5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to email@example.com or telephone the parts department at (859) 371 9898 to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through our standard returns channel (above), (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our facility.

We are happy to accept returns for large items that are shipped via our specialty shippers. These items do require a special type of return and we strongly recommend contacting our parts department at firstname.lastname@example.org or via telephone at (859) 371 9898 to request the return. We will follow up with instructions for returning the item.
Note: Returns that are not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund or paid by the returning party.
